Additionally, Mr. Jolley has served as Vice President of Development for Colony construction Company of Texas, Inc., an apartment construction company, and for R & R Investments, Inc., a Texas Corporation that often serves as general partner of apartment development efforts: in the states of Florida, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia. Mr. Jolley’s experience, knowledge, and skill are utilized extensively as consultant to both firms and individual developers actively involved in such areas as land development, shopping center development, apartment development, office/warehouse development, multi-tenant office development, construction, and management.

Mr. Jolley traveled throughout the United States targeting, negotiating and acquiring development sites for national clients. He provides full service asset management, lease and maintenance of office buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, office warehouse and shopping center properties. He routinely provides full service asset management, to include lease, office, and office warehouse and shopping center management. His extensive knowledge of real estate and associated real estate rules, regulations and policies provides his clients with expert service in dealings with federal, state and local government officials to ensure full compliance with requirements. Mr. Jolley’s experience in compiling and preparing full, complete and comprehensive proposal packages ensures smooth transactions and successful ventures.
